Stayed here for 3 nights and appreciated my choice. My caravan had modern conveniences, including an electric kettle, a microwave, and a stone fireplace. I could see street from the room. The atmosphere created was quiet. Its location close to entertainment venues and bars was perfectly comfortable. Was a relaxing base for easter.

I recently stayed at a highly recommended 6-berth holiday home with a hot tub in a prime location. The caravan was beautiful and clean, and the owners provided a welcome gift of Prosecco, chocolates, and sweets. The hot tub was amazing and a lovely luxury. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were conveniently located across the road. it was a fantastic stay with everything we needed, and we created amazing memories here.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Brian and Tracey, the hosts, were fantastic with their excellent communication and helpful directions. the property was immaculate upon arrival with fresh bedding and essential supplies. The hot tub was amazing, and the location of the caravan was perfect for a peaceful getaway with the option to enjoy the activities and bars/restaurants on-site. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.

Excellent communication from the owner, prompt response to questions.
Night flying exercises nearby impacted the overall rest and relaxation experience, but this was beyond the owners' control.

Location great, so close to RAF Coningsby Airport! Loved the children's playground, and cycling nearby was just thrilling. Such a treat!
Oh, and let's not forget the lovely aroma from the sink in the WC and the joy of heating on for hot water. Just fabulous.
